Heated Dog Beds Bring Happiness To All – Cats And Dogs Alike
Dash and JB, our cat, both run to claim the heated dog bed in the morning. If JB beats Dash to it, the basset puts all his frustration into a vocal choir. It might be music to his ears but that howl, especially before coffee, is more than I can take.
So, what did I do about this situation? I bought another heated dog bed!
Heated dog beds come in a few varieties; pet beds already rigged to be heated or, if your pet has a bed they already love, you can purchase a heated mat to go inside the bed.

Besides selling heated dog beds, Amazon also have pet beds that are noted as ‘self-warming’ which is different from an actual heated bed.
‘Self-warming’ just means that the bed contains a material designed to hold in the animal’s heat. These pet beds will not be as warm as actual heated pet beds like the ones I recommend below.
As with most dog beds, make sure to select one in the correct size for your pet.

Heated Pads For Dog Beds
The nice thing about heated pads for dog beds is that, if your pet has an existing bed they love, just add this pad and, voila, instant comfort.
We put the heated pad right inside the dog bed cover so that it won’t get soiled. If you prefer, you can just add it to the bed as is.
